Just another day sprinkled with kink

I'm begining to think I need to keep a small notepad with me at all times. Throughout the day I have ideas and questions for blogging come into my head but when I actually sit down to blog, nothing.

This evening I was scrolling through Amazon updating my wish list when I got the urge to look for kinky stuff. There is an amazing amount of paddles, crops,whips and bondage gear on Amazon. Some of it was obviously more for looks than anything else but some of it looked to be decent quality mean to hurt. I now have a fetish wishlist, lol. In making it I proved to myself that I'm more of a masochist than previously thought since I kept adding items I know will be evil.  I also checked out clubwear/lingerie because we will eventually make it to an event and I want to be cute.

We're scheduled to go to a local munch next month. I'm excited, it's been a while and it is all too easy to isolate here. As it is I'm avaeraging leaving the house about once a week and that's to go grocery shopping not to interact with people.

Last night/this morning I woke up in the middle of molesting Das. Luckily he was happy to roll with it and a good time was had by all. Of course there was the obligatory spanking for being so forward. All my protests that I was asleep fell on deaf ears. Any excuse I tell you.

Apperently the club isn't just an American thing.  I was just sitting chatting and minding my business when a flow of older black women walked by all saying hello and good to see you and see you later. The person I was speaking to asked me when I had met them and I laughed and told her that I had never seen any of them before. Das explained to her that this is a pretty common occurrence for me. He gets tickled whenever he witnesses it.  I guess some things aren't country specific.

Coffee

Last night we went to a coffee tasting. Now let it be known that I categorically do not like the taste of coffee but Das does so there you have it.  I drank tiny cup after tiny cup of heavily creamed/sugared coffee trying to discern roundness, smokey aftertones, citrus hints and whatnot. One cup tasted woodsie to me but that was about all I got and no one else knew what I was talking about so I'm going to have to say that my skills as a coffee taster are sorely lacking. It was a fun event though, lots of laughing and chatting about all types of stuff. In fact one might have suspected the coffee had been spiked with something alcoholic if one was simply observing the flushed cheeks and cheery demeanor of the participants. I got the opposite of buzzed though. Each cup brought me closer to falling over in my chair. By the time we left which really wasn't very late at all, I could barely be upright. Update Quickie

Christmas was good. We had a nice trip to the inlaws and we we got there the chocolate consumption was high. :) I'm rather amazed that I didn't gain more weight frankly because I always eat more there, I swear they put something in the food. We all exchanged presents and everyone seemed happy with what they got. I know I was. I got sparkly things and lotions, stuff I love. His mom is pretty perceptive because even though I always get girly things she never gives me nail polish which is good seeing as how I don't wear it. I am going to have a stellar collection of gloves though since I still have the ones from last year. Of course at this time of year there is no such thing as too many gloves. It snowed a few days, stayed sunny for Christmas and started sleeting the next morning. I'm glad we only made a day trip, driving home in that mess would have been horrible.
