I just couldn't stay away
Seems that I suck at taking time off, lol. Maybe it's just a compulsion to put my thoughts and activities on paper (or screen as the case may be)
I told a girlfriend that I was taking a break because my life is kinda dull and I can't seem to say new and exciting things. She pointed out that dull is what most people aspire to in their daily lives and there are plenty of people nosey like me who enjoy reading about the simple day to day workings of other people. That definitely took off the pressure to be "on" when I blog.
Last night Das and I went on a date. He rolls his eyes when I say that but it fits. we got dressed up, left the house and mingled with others in a social venue, sounds like a date to me. We went to a studio to enjoy djing. We even danced a little bit. I felt good because with it being a studio space it's not big and therefore overrun with the masses. The music was fun and the guys were nice and amusing. I look forward to going back. Forgot to take a picture of my club-wear thrown together outfit though, bleh.
Friday I decided to wander around the house cutely (and bought 2 short cardigans so that I can get the most use out of my sleeveless tops. it's easier to buy sleeveless since I have large arms and it's frustrating when everything fits but the arms.

It never ceases to trip me out how straight I look straight on but from the side I'm all curves. I swear this is not the body type that anyone had in mind when designing clothes. It shall always be my cross to bear.
I'm glad to see my hair is starting to grow too. I want it longer before the wedding which should be pretty easy since the earliest I see that happening is late summer 2017 and that's being generous.
