I should be way more tired than I am

I'm bouncy excited that we are finally going to a munch out here in about a week and a half.  The venue looks nice, there is food I will eat an dit doesn't look like it will be over crowded which I like.

Saturday night we looked for stuff to do and I'm finding it rather daunting that nearly everything even vaguely kinky is set with swinging and swapping. Not big on that myself so I've been trying to find the stuff that is just bdsm to no avail.

We did end up going on a fin date to a studio on Sat so it was all good. Sunday was spent laying around in my pajamas but I made up for it today with my super cleaning self. Now chilling again. My sweater came today so I'll be able to make use of my sundresses easier. why wait till summer to be all dressed out. I tried to buy a bra two weeks ago and it got lost in transit, just my luck. So I'm still needing more bras but not feeling like running to the store to get them since if I can even find my size the cost is crazy. They say bigger bras cost more but what I'm not getting is that simply due to the quirks of bra sizing I'm currently wearing a DD/E but my boobs really aren't all that big. I hate to see what they are charging women who have boobs for days, sheesh.

Apperently the club isn't just an American thing.  I was just sitting chatting and minding my business when a flow of older black women walked by all saying hello and good to see you and see you later. The person I was speaking to asked me when I had met them and I laughed and told her that I had never seen any of them before. Das explained to her that this is a pretty common occurrence for me. Coffee

Last night we went to a coffee tasting. Now let it be known that I categorically do not like the taste of coffee but Das does so there you have it.  I drank tiny cup after tiny cup of heavily creamed/sugared coffee trying to discern roundness, smokey aftertones, citrus hints and whatnot. One cup tasted woodsie to me but that was about all I got and no one else knew what I was talking about so I'm going to have to say that my skills as a coffee taster are sorely lacking. It was a fun event though, lots of laughing and chatting about all types of stuff. In fact one might have suspected the coffee had been spiked with something alcoholic if one was simply observing the flushed cheeks and cheery demeanor of the participants. I got the opposite of buzzed though. Each cup brought me closer to falling over in my chair. By the time we left which really wasn't very late at all, I could barely be upright. Update Quickie

Christmas was good. We had a nice trip to the inlaws and we we got there the chocolate consumption was high. :) I'm rather amazed that I didn't gain more weight frankly because I always eat more there, I swear they put something in the food. We all exchanged presents and everyone seemed happy with what they got. I know I was. I got sparkly things and lotions, stuff I love. His mom is pretty perceptive because even though I always get girly things she never gives me nail polish which is good seeing as how I don't wear it. I am going to have a stellar collection of gloves though since I still have the ones from last year. Of course at this time of year there is no such thing as too many gloves. It snowed a few days, stayed sunny for Christmas and started sleeting the next morning. I'm glad we only made a day trip, driving home in that mess would have been horrible.
