Creative Fun

We played an interesting French board game with some friends of Das on Sunday. The objective is to get 30 points and to get points you have to convince people to vote for your story. All players start off with 6 cards, on each card is a drawing. The person who has a turn has to come up with a short story or phrase that describes the drawing somehow. After they do everyone picks a drawing from their hand that matches the description. Everyone but the player whose turn it was votes by number on which was the original drawing. The catch is if everyone pics the right drawing the player who had that turn gets no points but everyone else does. If no one picks that drawing same thing. You only get a points on your turn if at least one person picks your drawing and at least one person picks someone else's. So the objective is to be creative in your description not to vague but not too literal.  It gets pretty funny to see how people come up with their phrases for certain pictures especially since the pictures are best described as impressionist paintings for the most part.
